FIDUSUD is one of the founder members of the BELGIAN Collectors Association (ABR-BVI). This association groups collection offices and imposes them strict rules, under the control of a supervision committee..

Why ?

In order to put some order in the collection market, this professional association has notably edited a rigorous code of deontology which aims at defining the guidelines as regards financial control, relationships with customers or debtors or treatment of complaints. 

This code of conduct for example formally forbids the members of the ABR-BVI to claim to their profit extra fees to the debtors.

Through the ABR-BVI, FIDUSUD also contributed to the elaboration of the law of 2002 on the amicable recovery of debts which definitively regulated the profession by systematically pushing aside the not very serious companies.

As a result, by calling upon FIDUSUD, you have the guarantee of a correct recovery of your debts, in the respect of the law and in all transparency.

Besides this membership to the ABR-BVI, FIDUSUD also has a special licence from the FPS Economy in matter of collection (206563) which is necessary to her activity.

Moreover, FIDUSUD has among her customers some of the most important Belgian finance companies, the fidelity of which dates back to more than 15 years for some of them.
